Which version of Dreamweaver does this concern? Does your system meet the requirements for the siftware?  Do you get any error messages when you try to download?

I'm having the same problem and it's driving me nuts...It keeps popping up to go to subscription manager and that doesn't do anything!!!!  So frustrated!!!!  I just need to install Dreamweaver CC, it should be as simple as clicking a button, you'd think!!!

Are you logged in to your Creative Cloud desktop app?

You need that to install & update your CC software.

Yes!!  I get this screen and after trying again or going to the subscription manager, it's  not there and nothing happens.  Your link is messed up when you try to buy Dreamweaver CC, it opens to buying Photoshop and then it tells me I already have it.

I'm too frustrated to try anymore.
