Download Error

I've uninstalled and re-downloaded creative cloud multiple times!! It still says download error and please contact customer support every time. Before, when I tried to open illustrator it would say error: 16.

Hi,

One of the links you provided gave me an answer to my solution.

However, I tried deleting the AAM update and OOBE files but my computer keeps saying the action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. I've already closed Adobe Creative Cloud and no other programs are open.

kindly exit all the processes from task manager (windows) // activity monitor (mac)
