Download Error

Every time I try and download creative could it keeps telling me "Download Error: Please contact customer support."

I tried uninstalling and using the Adobe cleaner tool, restarting my laptop, logging out and in of creative cloud, cleaning out the files and force deleting CC, nothing. Nothing is working. I just keep getting the following:
