I am trying to download Bridge and keep getting this error ERROR: DW051: Dependency of session paylo

    same here - two Macs, both the same problem - any official step-by-step?

    Personally I think Adobe need to fix the installer - is that scheduled ?

      I'm having exactly the same issue. Adobe Help person previously told me to uninstal CS5.5 and CS6 which I have done with still no joy. Expect better than this with Adobe. I thought we'd left this sort of thing behind with Quark4!

      I am getting the same error here: Dependency of session payload {3E7FC757-D497-4C89-A935-7D38E2164E85} Shared Technology Photoshop Camera Raw 8 8.0 has changed Can't upgrade anything to the CC (2014) versions.

      It may be necessary to remove all applications which utilize the Camera RAW component.

      Which Bridge update specifically are you trying to download?  Also which operating system?  Do you all have Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign installed?

      Michael Franklin based off the message it appears the existing installation of Camera RAW has been modified.  I would recommend removing the affected Adobe applications you have installed and then reinstall.
