Download Error

Question

I am on deadline. I am trying to download Adobe Illustrator, and I get a "download error." I have found no convenient way to contact tech support to find out when I might be able to get access to the application I'm supposedly paying for. Two questions: when might I be able to download, as time is of the essence? And two, does anybody else put up with this kind of service or lack thereof?

Ericminton do you receive any specific error messages when you receive the download error? Are you on a managed network? Finally which operating system are you using?

Also as an alternative you can download the base installer for Illustrator CC by following the directions listed at http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html. Please make sure to complete the Very Important Instructions prior to scrolling down the page and clicking on the download links. This will allow you to install the software but you will still need to resolve your connection failures to obtain the updates.
