Download Error

I have tried to Download Edge and a couple fo other apps but they download and then fail to install asking me to contact customer support - what is happening, everyhting else seems ot be working fine.

Which couple of apps along with Edge isn't downloading or installing? Were there trial versions of those apps installed on your computer prior to your movement into Creative Cloud? You can PM me the installation log that you can find depending on your OS: for Mac: /Users/[username]/Library/Logs/ and for Win: C:/Program Files(x86)/Common Files/Adobe Installers/. The log file name will consist of the latest date and timestamp. Collect that and PM me for further discussion.
