Download Error in Apps Tab - Creative Cloud Desktop App

Hi,

When I go to the apps tab of the creative cloud desktop app, it loads and then says Download Error. It says to contact customer support.

Here are the solutions that I have tried already:

-Reinstalling

-Uninstalling and removing all adobe files with Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool

-Deleting AAMUpdater and OOBE files.

I have restarted my pc after doing both of these solutions.

It still does not work. Anybody have any more solutions for me to try?
