Download Error Message

I'm trying to download Elements15 (a subscription provided by my employer). It has been shared with me via GoogleDrive as I am working remotely. When I try to install the software I come up with the following error message: 

Can anyone help?

that message is too small and resolution too low to be legible.

 

and neither elements program is subscription and that's an old version.  so exactly what are you trying to do?
