Download error message when trying to download Adobe Elements 18 to update my old one. How do I fix it?

I am so frustrated. I ordered an update to Adobe elements last night and paid $79.99 by credit card. I immediately received a receipt immediately followed by instructions to download the product. When I signed in last night I was told that there was a delay in processing the order and it would take up to 24 hours. So I waited until today and went through the whole thing again. I clicked on the order and this time it took me to a page with a red triangle that said there was a problem downloading the product. Help! I NEED this program today to fix a photo for my mother-in-law's funeral. We are flying out in the morning so I must have this today (otherwise I would not have purchased it so soon).

I have learned that there is no telephone support and I have been waiting on the Chat line for ages.....

Thank you SO MUCH! I finally reached the on line support. It took 20 minutes for them to get to me and then when they did it was clear that the person did not take the time to read my message. When she finally understood, she sent me a download file but she sent me the wrong download file! She ignored the fact that I have a Mac1 But you, on the other hand, sent me to a site where I could actually make a choice. Thanks to you, the installation is complete!
