download error (non specific)

Hi there,

I can't get the CC launcher to download any apps.

I had no trouble around 2 months ago, when I last downloaded Premiere Pro, so I'm not quite sure what has changed.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the CC launcher to no avail.

I'm using a mac book pro 13 OSX 10.9.5
