Download Error when updating Cloud Programs

I received two "Update Failed: Download error. Please contact customer support." error messages. That's it. Just a link to some random generic page. Nothing I have found has helped me, and since I can't contact Adobe directly easily to just get a simple answer.

Thank you for the reply, Ankit, but that didn't help one bit. You gave me a link to an article that gave a link to a random page which had nothing to do with my Download error issue.

Do you know any actionable steps to take? Pictures rap,ready did searches in support and haven't found an answer, which is why I posted this. Please let me know if there's some thing I can DO to get this fixed.
