Download error while installing Photoshop CC

Once I get to the page where it says, "We'll email you a link so you can easily download Photoshop CC on your desktop.", i email it to myself and when I click on the link in the email, it brings me back to that very page where i started.

    Hi Prettypixbynancy,

    In addition to SADMAN's suggestion, you may also try downloading and installing the Creative Cloud desktop app directly from the following link: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.

    After this follow the steps given in the following help document to know how to install CC apps: Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
