download failed

tried to download Adobe Acrobat DC and it says install failed.   It said that I dont have the space to download and i tried to load on a different drive and it wouldnt .  I have 920 GB on one drive and not sure what I need to do.

do you have a perpetual license or a subscription?

 

what link are you using to download, if perpetual license?

 

if subscription, did you install the cc desktop app from here https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
