Download Flash Professional : Fatal Error

hey

when I download Flash Professional from creative Cloud, it blocks at 42%. fatal error appears :


"FATAL: Payload 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64) 9.0.0.23 {9B78FAB0-AC6B-11E0-8EF3-00215AEA26C9}' information not found in Media_db."

does anyone have a solution please ?

If the above fix did not work , only then  you will need to rename Caps folder to Caps-old..

Note :  You might need to uninstall and reinstall CC apps except  Adobe Creative Cloud app .

Location :

C: > Program Files(x86) > Common Files > Adobe.

Inside Adobe folder , you can locate Caps folder .

    "Download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) from Microsoft website - www.microsoft.com".

    After uninstalling both of these particular VC runtimes ( VC++ 2010 (x86) and (x64)), reinstall from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2019667. Also, make sure you do install the security update as well from: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999.
