download illustrator

i can not download illustrator, it says retry or contact customer support (302), what can i do>

The error message comes as soon as you click on Download or after sometime?

Which version of Illustrator is it? Please post a screenshot.

To start you can enable the root user here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and retry download.
