Download Instant Movie Theme

I had to reinstall Premier Elements 7 and when completed the program tells me to download the full content Instant Movie Themes and gives me a link to access it (I downloaded the original program and don't have a DVD). I cannot reach the link "...downloads/product.jsp?product=101platform=windows" - how do I access the file containing the full content of Instant Movie Themes?
