download keeps putting me in email loop

I try to download it and it says "Since Creative Cloud is a desktop app, you can tap the button below to send a link to the application installer via email which you can then open on your desktop or laptop computer. I press it and it takes me to my email. I press the link and it takes me to the exact same page (https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloud)

if there is any way to help this would be appreciated because I need Photoshop for school

Kylegregory300104 I am sorry you are facing difficulties installing Photoshop CC 2017.  Please utilize the process discussed in Download and install Creative Cloud apps to begin the installation process.  I would recommend you complete the process in an alternate web browser.  It is likely the current security settings, add-ons, or extensions are preventing the installation process from completing.

Hi Jeffrey, 

The link that you have provided did not fix the issue in any manner, in fact you have perfectly created the issue that is stated by kylegregory above. It take you to an infinite email loop but never actually taking you to the proper donwloader. Can you please provide a legitamate fix if possible thanks alot!

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>

if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.
