Download Lightroom 6 Setup without Creative Cloud

Question

Hello,I was just trying to install the latest Lightroom 6 Update on Windows but the Adobe Application Manager always freezes when i launch it from within Lightroom. Is there a possibility to simply download a setup executable and run it. I've already wasted too much time clicking myself through all the cloud stuff. I just want the application to get updated. Withoud cloud.Frustrated regardsJan
