Download Lightroom CC

I purchased a bundle of Photoshop and Lightroom. I was able to download Photoshop but when I try to download Lightroom it stops at 43% with a message "Installation failed. Another installer instance is running. Wait for it to finish and try again.(36)"

I have assured that nothing else is running on my computer

I have rebooted my computer

I have switched user to the "administrator"

I have run the Creative Cloud tool "Clean"

and I have done all of the at least 10 times and it is almost impossible to get help from Adobe

I did both. Sign-in and I tried to download from the Forum and the link you sent. Sorry no luck.


Jamesd8856569 if you are unable to accept cookies with your current web browser then you will continue to receive the Access Denied error message.

I would recommend that you instead utilize the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to install Lightroom CC.  You can find complete details on how to install Lightroom at Download and install Creative Cloud apps​.

Try the direct download link below. If LR6.0 installs OK, download the 2015.8/6.8 update.

Downloading LR6.0 did not work. Even when I was signed-in I received a message "Access Denied". I was not given an opportunity to enter my serial #.
