Download Lightroom on New Hard Drive Win 7 64 Bit Error Can't Use Original Serial Number

Hello

I am attempting to reinstall Lightroom 5 on a new hard drive after my old one crashed.

I am using the original download file which I have recovered from the old hard drive.

When entering my serial number for Lightroom I am receiving a message saying "This is an upgrade serial number.  The serial number from your previous version of Lightroom is required."

I did not upgrade from an earlier version of Lightroom; I purchased the full version of Lightroom 5 and I only have one serial number.  I was wondering if you knew what the problem might be here.

    Hi Davidbopper,

    The full version serial number should not throw up this message.

    I would request you to go through the link below and check in case you might have purchased any previous version serial key.

    Good day, i have a stand alone version of LR5. My hard drive has crashed. I have no keys, serial numbers whatever. Have spent many hours trying to download to the new drive. No luck.. Help would be appreciated. Not backing up was,hopefully, the mistake of the year.
