Download link for Creative Cloud desktop app broken

Thanks.  I ended up creating a new user, and was finally able to install the CC desktop app again, but sadly, I could not get past the spinning blue dial.  Since I was due for a clean re-install, I have now wiped the system clean and am humming along in El Capitan.  Thanks for the help.  I do hope that there is an easier fix for this in the future, as it seems to be an ongoing problem without a simple, consistent fix.
