Dear All,

One of my colleague purchased this software for the company online as showing in the attached. We never used this software as there were no download option available on Adobe web site. I think there should be some email with the link to download the software.

Now the issue is the person who purchased the software online is out of country or left the organization and not reachable and no way we can download the software.

Please advise on how we can download the purchased the software (Adobe DC Pro).

Please assist us as it is very critical and last three weeks we were trying to chase the email or the person and management started asking why we are not able to use the purchased software.
