after initial Problems with Lr, error code DW071, DW003: Error:Failed to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistribution Package
I've deinstalled the download of both PS and Lr.
Now I can't download them again for the trial use. Actually I'm with Lr5.7 and PSE 14.
What can I do to proceed to CC?? Thanks for your urgent help.
First use the Cleaner Tool following the uninstall. Then try to download and install again.
