download muse to new computer

I found the download but when click on button it brings me back to page about end of life.  The instructions on lower portion of same  indicate another route.  I should be able to navigate to "settings" then "show old apps".  However, I can not find this option to try.  Is there actually a section called "settings" that I can navigate to or should I be looking for something else?
