Download of CC2015 for Existing CC applications

I just did the download of CC2015 for my CC applications.   They are all telling me to open them except for Photoshop which is saying to start the 30 day trial.   I purchased CC in full in March 2015.

OK - I will try - but that seems odd.   For example, I have an email from Adobe to me on 13 July for a password change, and that came to <Removed by Moderator>

I also just signed in with the <Removed by Moderator> Adobe ID and got this screen:

Russell you will definitely receive the password reset email on your "Mac" email address as that is also a valid Adobe ID.

However, as per the merge request, you will need to Contact Customer Care

The agent can even take a remote of your machine and help you fix the update issue as well.

I really appreciate all your time and patience.

RUBBISH - I updated to PS (2015) and lost my plugins. I now have to reinstall them. Apparently some won't work with the updated PS - THIS IS OUT OF ORDER, WHY WASN'T I WARNED! I'M Pi**ED OFF

When I open the hosts file, all I see is this:

##

# Host Database

#

# localhost is used to configure the loopback interface

# when the system is booting.  Do not change this entry.

##

127.0.0.1 localhost

255.255.255.255 broadcasthost

::1             localhost

There is no line which says 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com

I am on Mac OS 10.10.3

Alright Russell.

Did you try all the other steps mentioned in the help document as well?
