Download of Lightroom CC from desktop CC app failed

HI, Yesterday I subscribed to the Photography Plan. I downloaded Lightroom from the desktop CC app. However my browser shutdown as the downloaded ended. I cannot see LR CC in my downloads and it has not installed. But the Desktop app shows it is uptodate and I cannot re-download. Can you help to restore please.
