Hi everybody,

I just bought a Mac Pro 13 retina and I already upgraded it to the new El Capitan system. I don't understand why, but since a month i'm having A LOT of problems in the installation of Adobe Photoshop and Indesign only, but i have already installed Illustrator without any problems. I already tried to download them from Creative Cloud, but when i try to do it, then the downloads stuck st 42% and, immediately after, they both give an error (I have controlled but there were no Adobe programs that are working during the download). Then, I have tried to download them from their direct installers, but in both of the cases the downloads don't start and they're are stuck at a page where is written that there's been a problem in the installing process (but I've seen that the installer doesn't recognize some pre-installed elements, so the download should starts without any problems.. but it doesn't).

Every time i tried to install these programs, I always have emptied the temporary files folder of the computer and I always have uninstalled all the Adobe programs like illustrator and creative cloud in order to try to reinstall everything after having rebooted my Mac, but I still can't download these two programs and the same problems are showed.

Why do I have this problem and why can I just install illustrator? I really don't get, is there a block or something that I should remove?

PLEASE, help me because I really need them as soon as possible! Thanks a lot for your help
