Download of Photoshop Elments 6

i am trying to install Photoshop Elements 6 on a new PC, but my cd is broken.

i have searched for a download on the Adobe website, but can only find this one:

which is not working.

Can you help me?

i don't think anything older than pse 7 is publicly available via adobe.
