download offline package

Dear All,

Where can I download the offline package? It is because I want to install the app at China's PC but the internet access to adobe is very slow & sometimes no response.

Creative Cloud no longer offers an offline package, except to enterprise administrators. But, what is it you try to install?

I can down the app but it is not the full version. It need to download the rest of program when it install. It is because our China office internet access speed not good (especially the not China's company website). Can I request adobe give me the offline package? How can I do this? Is it need any additional charge?

Adobe no longer provides public download links for apps. You will need to contact support and ask them the provide you with a download link. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
