I've purchased Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2021 from Amazon but can't open on my microsoft computer

Do you get any error messages? If yes, please post the exact message or an scrreenshot of the message.

To insert screenshots, please use the "Insert Photos" icon in the toolbar, so that we don't have to download them.
