Download / "Pending"

I purchased a download update for Acrobate X Pro.  I cannot find a way to download it.  In my recent orders, the order # is not clickable, there is no download column, and last it says pending.  Does it mean that I have not yet downloaded? (What should I do?) or that I cannot yet download? (How long will it take?)

    Did you purchase an education version of Acrobat 10 Pro?

    It wasPro. It finally worked. It took them hours to approve the

    purchase. Would have been way faster to find a store.

    I've been waiting 24 hours for a pending order. Very frustrating

    I guess I should have gone to a retailer, funny that direct ecommerce is slower than brick and mortar retail with Adobe
