Download Photoshop Element, but can't open the exe file. says I'm missing a file. Just paid $102 for Photoshop and can't load it.

Downloaded Photoshop Element exe file and it won't open. says I'm missing a file. Just paid $102 for Photoshop and cant load it on my computer.

for windows you need both file 1 of 2 and file 2 of 2.

put both the exe and 7z files in the same directory and double click the exe.

Thanks for your help. I guess I downloaded the 32 bit files. I then downloaded the trial version for 64 bit and the program seems to be okay. Guess I'll have to contact Photoshop to get the full version DVD that I paid for. Thanks once again,
