Download Photoshop Version 22.2

You need a plugin that works with Photoshop 27x or 26x. 

Have you contacted the plug-in maker?

Failing that, I would look at other solutions.

The only possibility to download that version is if you have a Teams or Enterprise account and your administrator has it available for you.

As far as I know Adobe only provides the current and ONE previous version… anything earlier is not available
