download premiere elements 2019

I have had to change my hard drive and now I need to reinstall premiere elements 2019.

problem is, I never got a DVD with the program, and I have only got the serial number from the Adobe registration page.

Where do I find the download ?

When you have a download, ALWAYS copy it to at least one external device
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a CD or DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number
