AfterEffects CS6 Will not show up on my Adobe Creative Cloud. I am working in a school district. The error message is: "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support." This has been going on for about two weeks, give or take. Everything else shows up. Are there any fixes? Thanks

    First thing I'd do -- check to see that my machine meets minimum system requirements"

    System requirements | After Effects

    If it doesn't for AE CC 2015, check out earlier versions.  You may find one that works.

    And if you find your system(s) is/are up to snuff, you just might have to endure the joys of Adobe Customer Support.  You lucky dog.

    I don't have the requirements - rats.

    Am I able to get CS4? That's the latest 32-bit version. And if I am, how so?
