Download Problem

I have just purchased a Creative Cloud Subscription, and downloaded the Adobe Application Manager.

It allows me to download most of the programmes (Dreamweaver,  Muse, Flash, Audtition, Fireworks, Lightroom etc.), but for InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop it keeps giving me the following error message:

unable to reach the adobe servers. Please check your internet connectivity, firewall settings and the try again.

My firewall settings are fine, and my internet conenction is fine as I had downloaded all the other programmes.

Can anybody please suggest what I can do to get the other 3 programmes to download?
