Hi guys!
On November 28, I purchased the Creative Cloud product.(All apps) But, i can'ı update my creative cloud application and i can't install programs. Error code: 117.

I check my iMac Settings. And i check all forums, and internet proxy. I couldn't find any problems. I reset my computer and i use helper program; adobe cleaner. but I still haven't reached a solution. I do not get any support for live I live in Turkey. I've been a victim for not using my practice for a while. Anybody help?

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
