When i try to download illustrator following problem code appears:

vcruntime140.1 dll is missing

when i go to microsoft, they say that it would help to remove hp3d drive guard. but i can not find this on my laptop.

how to proceed further?

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
