Download problems...
Since jointing creative cloud I have spent the last 48 hours continually trying to download the apps and so far have not managed a single app. It appears that the downloads are failing. Surely adobe should be using a torrent type download so if the download is interrupted the system can pick up where it left off?
If my Internet keeps having intermittent interruptions it looks like I may never get access to the apps I am paying for. I seem to have Internet every time I use it, but every download fails.
If the cloud is to be a success this needs to be addressed. I never had this problem with my boxed software.....
Any ideas on how I can access the products I am paying for?
