In March 2012 I purchased Elements 10 after using the trial version.  About 6 wks ago, I purchased a new computer and again downloaded Elements 10.  Having some general computer problems I took it to be repaired and the Elements 10 was lost.  Can I download it again?  I tried but was not able to.
