Download problems

Hello! I just got Photoshop and was about to install it. I got some installer from the Adobe Photoshop website and put it in a folder i named Photoshop then i started it. Upon starting it started downloading normally but when it reached about 6,3% it just stops No error message or anything it just wont go over that i tried again several Times i even left it overnight but it led to nothing. Any help apreciated.
