Download problems iMac

hey there

I'm using an 2017 iMac, running with macOS 12.2.1

Today, i tried to download the Creative Cloud application but i always got the same "error 22" (difference between normal and capital letters...) and I have no idea how to fix this problem.

Has somebody a clue what I should do?
I'm very thankful!

yeah, I also get to the help page you linked as second link. But i don't get it what the solution should be.

You need to format/convert your drive... ask how in an Apple Mac forum
