Download Problems on MacBook Air with Lion

I have been unable to download the Photoshop software that I just purchased.  I have read through the FAQ several times and have executed the steps that were listed there.

When I click on download the instructions appear telling me that Download Installer with load first, etc. I click “OK” and I am returned to the same page I started at.  Noting happens.  I get No Download Installer, no Photoshop.

I am running Lion on a MacBook Air connected the a 2T storage device.  No other hardware is connected.

Now what?

Well, now it is worse.  I was able to get the Application Manager to run and it downloaded something, but not to the right loaction.  I find the Bridge CS6, Extended Script Tool Kit, and the Adobe Extension Manager CS6, all with the correct time for the download.  But there is no CS6.

I went back to Application Manager and it lists CS6 as "Installed"  Of course I can not do anythink there to attempt to insitall again.

Is this something that will cost me hours on line with Adobe and an eventual challange to the AMEX charge.

What do you have listed in your Applications folder?  If installed properly you should have a folder titled Adobe Photoshop CS6 and you can locate the program inside that folder.

If you still are unable to locate the program then the next step would be to review the installation log to determine the point of failure.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the install log at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.
