Download PS to transfer and install on anohter computer

Question

This issue pops up a few times here but they were old posts...

So, if I have slow internet connection at home, and wanting to use the a faster netowrk at another location to first download the installer file and install it, how can I do that?

The 2.x MB installer is only an installer. There's no option to download the files like SolidWorks would. I can't find any dots options to download older verion, etc.

What is the current instruction on downloading and transfering the installation files?

For CC2019 direct download links you can refer the following site

For CC2020 Adobe has not released any links for direct donwload, however you can get an installer by asking for it from Customer Care. See the official word on this at the link below
