download stall

The download screen is locked up here too....win7 64bit

Can you provide more info? The product you are trying to install, the way you are installing it, and any error messages you get?

It has downloaded and installed. I took a different approach. When it ask

where to download the program I clicked ok instead of directing the program

to download to c:program files. I hope this make sense to you.
