Download stopped and can't download again

Download stopped and can't download again at 97%. Using Bitcomet HTTP download..

Go to site and wanna download again, after fill the order number and password the page say

"Sorry,

You tried to download too many times."

    Are you downloading software purchased from Adobe?  What software are you downloading?  It looks like Bitcomet is some type of download manager you may want to try disabling this in the future if you continue to experience difficulties.
