Download stuck at 90%

Hello,

Im trying to install the Creative Cloud photoshop onto my computer. I have a 2012 notebook. I checked the specifications we do have 8 GB and OSX 8.5 i believe operating system. We have more than enough data space, but for some reason my download is stuck at 90%. Im not getting an error message. Not sure why the download is stuck. Ive been trying since 10:30pm last night and up until this morning it's still stuck at 90%. HELP!!!

Hi nakieab,

If the download is no longer proceeding then you will want to cancel the process and retry.

If the download and install process is reaching 90% in the Creative Cloud Desktop application then it is likely you are looking at an installation failure.

You can find details on how to locate and interpret your installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html

You can use the instructions offered at http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html to do a direct download of the base installer.  Please make sure to complete the Very Important Instructions section prior to clicking on the download link.

If the direct download option fails then you would appear to be facing difficulties regarding the stability of your Internet connection.  Please try a wired connection if you are on wireless or try an alternate connection.

Hi Rave,

I'm experiencing the same issue and direct download link are not accessible to me. I have a fresh Mac OS X.10.1 install and using the latest Creative Cloud Installer. I need to install many CC 2014 softwares badly, can you help ?

This strange to have such issues with a so-called professional solution. Thanks for your help!
