Download time and progress

photoshop as been downloading for 3 hours and there is no progress bar/status. is that normal or should i start over?

that's not normal. abort the download and then reset* the cc desktop app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
