I have already paid the fee to download and install Adobe DC.

But in the course of downloading there was message " the process can not be going on".. and stopped.

I want to ask your help..

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

 

if that results in the same error, try a different browser and the same link.
