download versions 23.x to 26.x somewhere

Hello,

I have been a Photoshop customer for many years. My previous version 25.x worked perfectly. With the new subscription contract, I was prompted to download version 27.2. Unfortunately, my PC no longer supports this version.

In the shop, I can only find version 22.x.

Is there any way to download versions 23.x to 26.x somewhere?

Katrin, I am sorry, but as Kglad and Shristi have stated only the current and previous versions of the Creative Cloud applications are available. We won't prevent people from using older applications that are already installed, but we do discontinue distribution for individual subscriptions.

 

I see that you have a new individual subscription. Please cancel the subscription using the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4qAIq5D if you do not have a device that can use the current releases of our applications.

Start thinking about upgrading your system. 

Windows 10 is officially dead. MS stopped sending out security updates.

 

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements.  Most Adobe apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back.

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 26 (Tahoe), 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma).

The Creative Cloud desktop app provides only the last major Photoshop version (currently its version 26.x). Also version 22.2 is provided.

Contact the Adobe customer support and ask to provide download links to earlier versions. Explain why you need them.

Click on the chat bubble in the lower-right corner:  https://helpx.adobe.com/support/lightroom-classic.html

 

Type "agent" to chat with a human. If the agent isn't able or doesn't want to provide you with a download link, hang up and try again. Some have reported trying several agents before getting one who could help.

 

If you get the appropriate link and after you've download the installation file it is recommended to save this file to a save place, like external hard drive or usb stick, for a further usage. It isn't guaranteed how long Adobe will make such versions available on demand.

Hallo,

 

ich bin seit vielen jahren Photoshop Kunde. Meine vorhergehende version 25.x lief super. Mit dem neuen Abbovertrag wurde ich aufgefordert die version 27.2 herunter zu laden. leider unterstützt mein PC diese version nicht mehr.

Im Shop finde ich nur die version 22.x.

 

Gibt es die möglichkeit irgendwo die versionen 23.x bis 26.x herunter zu laden?

We understand your situation. The Creative Cloud Desktop app enables you to download the last two versions of the application, allowing you to install version 26.x from Creative Cloud. You can find the steps to do this here: https://adobe.ly/49OONuZ
